His answer surprised me. His choice was Mark Douglas’s book, The Disciplined Trader.
• I also asked Alan Farley, author of The Master Swing Trader, writer for the street.com, and founder of the hard-right edge.com, what book he would recommend, giving him an opportunity to plug his very successful and highly acclaimed book. Instead, he itted that his favorite trading book was also Mark Douglas’s The Disciplined Trader. Farley revealed that he reads three to five pages of that book every night before he goes to bed.
